Attorney Lydia Floyd has represented clients for litigation matters in courts across the country. She has helped individuals who are victims of misrepresentations and financial fraud, families who have suffered the destruction and misuse of embryos destroyed by their fertility clinics and other fertility center misconduct. She has also represented international and local companies in commercial litigation matters. After graduating from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in the top five of her class, Lydia has worked at some of the most prestigious national and international law firms over the past 15 years. She has also worked as a law clerk for Judge James G. Carr in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
Lydia is the current Chair of the American Association of Justice Business Torts Section and a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar’s Ethics and Judicial Selection Committees. She is also the President of Mid-Day Toastmasters.
Lydia founded The Lydia Floyd Law Firm LLC to fulfill her vision of leading a woman-owned law firm focused on providing excellent legal representation to clients. She is thrilled to have the support of her father and honorary firm member, attorney James Floyd, who has over 40 years of legal experience.
Lydia is licensed to practice in Ohio, Illinois and Colorado.
