Biography
Lydia Floyd has over 15 years of experience in civil litigation. She represents individuals in employment, breach of contract, medical malpractice, financial fraud and personal injury cases. She also represents individuals and families in disputes involving misconduct and accidents at fertility, IVF, embryo donation and egg freezing clinics.
Since graduating at the top of her law school class, Lydia has worked at national and international law firms. She has represented both individuals and businesses in complex commercial litigation. Lydia studied business and entrepreneurship at Miami University and always wanted to have her own practice. Lydia founded The Lydia Floyd Law Firm to fulfill her vision of providing legal representation to individuals and business with flexible fee structures.
Lydia is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Illinois and Colorado. She is the Chair of the American Association of Justice Business Torts Section, a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association's Ethics and Judicial Selection Committees and a member of the Nathaniel R. Jones American Inn of Court. Lydia enjoys public speaking and serves as the President of Mid-Day Toastmasters. In her free time, Lydia enjoys exploring the local parks and museums with her husband and young son.
